Rooted in practices dating back over 2,000 years, Traditional Thai Foot Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment that combines acupressure, energy balancing, and stretching. Widely practised across Thailand as part of daily life, this approach focuses on stimulating the body’s energy (Chi) and restoring balance through the Sen lines and key pressure points. Working with the lower legs and feet, we use hands, thumbs, and a traditional wooden acupressure tool to deliver a tailored treatment that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing. You'll also be shown how to use the wooden tool safely, creating powerful results while reducing strain on your hands if learning the method.
This treatment gently bridges clinical foot care with holistic principles, offering both comfort and connection.
