We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information you provide — including contact details, medical history, and appointment notes — is stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering safe, appropriate care.

We do not share your information with any third parties unless required by law or with your clear permission. You have the right to request a copy of your records or ask for them to be removed at any time.

Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, email or message. Once your booking is confirmed, that time is reserved just for you.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a 50% fee to cover time lost.

  • Repeat missed appointments may require pre-payment for future bookings.

Health & Hygiene

Your comfort, health and safety come first.

  • All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitised or single-use to meet clinical hygiene standards.

  • Towels and linens are changed between clients.

  • If you feel unwell, especially with cold/flu symptoms, stomach upset, or infections — please contact me as soon as possible to rearrange.

Consent & Consultation Form

Before your first treatment, you’ll be asked to complete a Client Consultation & Consent Form. This allows me to:

  • Understand your medical history

  • Tailor treatments safely to your needs

  • Keep accurate records in line with insurance and professional practice

By signing the form, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate health information

  • Let me know about any changes in your condition or medication

  • Consent to the treatment as discussed

This protects both your wellbeing and my professional responsibility. Your information is kept confidential in line with GDPR guidelines.
